LimoGlide

Terms of Service

Last updated October 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Rafinity Trans Services, of Boston, Massachusetts ("we", "us"), and the company that creates an account on LimoGlide ("you", "your company"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them on your company's behalf, and you confirm you're allowed to.

1. What the app is

LimoGlide is software for running a chauffeur or limousine business: bookings, dispatch, customers, drivers, vehicles, invoices and payments. We provide the software only. We are not a transportation company, we are not part of any ride, and the agreement for each ride is between your company and its rider.

2. Accounts

Each person who uses the app needs their own login, and must be 18 or older. Keep passwords private, and turn on two-step login for owners and admins. You're responsible for what happens under your company's logins, and for removing people who should no longer have access.

Tell us straight away at contact@rafinitylimoservice.com if you think a login has been misused.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

A new company gets a 30-day free trial with no card required; one trial per owner. After it, the app needs a paid plan (Starter, Pro or Fleet, at the prices shown in Billing).

Plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan in Billing at any time; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and part-months aren't refunded. Prices don't include sales tax, which is added where the law requires it.

If a trial ends or a payment fails, you have 7 days' grace. After that the app becomes read-only: you can still see everything and download your reports, and your public booking page keeps taking requests, but you can't add or change anything until a plan is active again.

We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing a plan's price.

4. Your data

Everything your company puts into the app (customers, riders, drivers, rides, prices, invoices) belongs to your company. We use it only to run the app for you, to keep it secure, and to give you support, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to advertise.

Your company decides what to collect about its riders and drivers, and is responsible for having the right to collect it and to contact them, including by email and text message.

You can download your rides, payments and invoices from Reports at any time, and we'll send a full copy of your company's data on request. If you close your account, write to contact@rafinitylimoservice.com and we'll delete your company's data within 30 days, apart from copies in backups, which are overwritten on their normal cycle, and records we must keep by law (such as billing records).

5. Payments to your company

Card payments from your riders are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms, into your company's Stripe account. Refunds, disputes, extra charges to a saved card and the booking terms riders accept are your company's responsibility. Only charge a saved card as your booking terms allow.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to send spam or misleading messages, to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to harm anyone. Don't try to get into other companies' data, test the app's security without our written permission, overload it, or copy or resell it.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

7. Security and incidents

We protect the app with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, separation between companies' data, two-step login and daily backups. If we learn of a security incident that affects your company's data, we'll tell you without undue delay and help you meet any duty you have to tell your riders or drivers.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running and to fix problems quickly, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We improve the app over time and may change or remove features; we'll give reasonable notice before removing anything a paid plan relies on.

9. Limits on our responsibility

The app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Your company is responsible for its own service to riders, and agrees to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us arises from your company's rides, data or breach of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email the account owner at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and disputes go to the courts of Massachusetts. Questions: contact@rafinitylimoservice.com.
